David has a proven track record in delighting customers. Recently he was a successful account executive for Extreme Networks an end-to-end computer networking provider. He's passionate about solving customer problems through the application of advanced technology. Before starting in technology sales, he was a competitive professional cyclist on the road, track and cyclocross, having won the Illinois State Championships multiple times. He resides in Boulder with his wife and three young children.

Dan Fox is an enthusiastic intellectual whose zest for life propels him to explore and engage the world with passion and curiosity.
Professionally he is a creative and disciplined software engineer and entrepreneur whose efforts over the last 20 years have included founding, nurturing and selling the Boulder-based digital agency Texturemedia; leading the global technology team for Crispin Porter + Bogusky; and most recently operating as Chief Technology Officer for Local Motors.
His projects have earned him a patent and numerous awards including an Emmy for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’s website and mobile apps.
A 1995 graduate of Stanford University, he enjoys unplugging by taking his family and an old pop-up trailer into the Colorado wilderness.

Mike brings over 30 years of broad-based financial expertise to Repp Health including experience with mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and financial analysis and reporting. Most recently, Mike led the overall financial and administrative functions of Sg2 as its Chief Financial Officer.
Mike is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA society. He received his BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, where he was a 2-time NCAA Gymnastics Champion.

Michael was passionate about improving the delivery of health care. He began his career as a paramedic and saw opportunities for change from the back of an ambulance while caring for patients. After graduate school, he was an administrator at a large teaching hospital and then transitioned into a career, consulting, teaching, and providing data to improve the care process. He was known as an innovative thinker and leader, developing the Impact of Change model to help hospitals anticipate the impact of new technology. He developed the System of Care Model, which has become the standard for organizing care across the entire patient journey. He was the founder of The Sachs Group, bSwift, and Sg2, all of which were purchased by leading corporations between 1999 and 2014. Michael earned a B.A. in science and an M.S.P.H. in health management from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
